These terms govern the use of italiabusinessadvisory.com and the online purchase of the strategy consultation.
1. Who we are
Italia Business Advisory, professional practice of a Dottore Commercialista (Chartered Accountant), Via Perugina, 111, 06024 Gubbio (PG), Italy — email: start@italiabusinessadvisory.com. The professional is a Dottore Commercialista enrolled in the Italian Order of Chartered Accountants and in the Register of Statutory Auditors; registration details are provided on request and in the engagement letter. Professional activity is carried out under Italian law and the Code of Ethics of the Italian Chartered Accountants (CNDCEC), and is covered by professional indemnity insurance as required by Presidential Decree 137/2012; policy details are provided on engagement.

Articles, FAQs and guides on this website are general information and do not constitute professional advice for your specific situation. Tax rates and rules can change; always rely on advice given to you in writing after an assessment of your case.
3. The strategy consultation
- Service: a 45-minute video call with the professional, followed by a short written summary with recommended next steps.
- Price: €150, paid online through Stripe. VAT is applied where due under Italian and EU rules.
- Scheduling: after payment we contact you within 24 hours (business days) to agree a date and time in your time zone.
- Rescheduling: you may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. A missed appointment without notice is considered delivered.
- Credit: the €150 fee is deducted from the setup fee of any package you then engage us for.
4. Right of withdrawal (consumers resident in the EU)
If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving reasons, by writing to us; we refund the full amount within 14 days through the same payment method. If, at your express request, the consultation takes place within the 14 days, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (art. 59(1)(a) Italian Consumer Code).
5. Setup fees and monthly plans
Setup fees and monthly plans shown on the website are professional fees; notary fees, government charges and other third-party costs are additional and are listed in the written quote. Monthly plans run for 12 months from activation and renew for further 12-month periods unless cancelled in writing at least 60 days before the renewal date. Descriptions and prices on the website are an invitation to request a quote. A professional engagement begins only when both parties sign a written engagement letter stating the services, the fee and any third-party costs (art. 9 Decree-Law 1/2012), and after client identification required by Italian anti-money-laundering law. Where the professional is unable to complete that identification, the engagement cannot be accepted.
6. Liability
We are responsible for the professional services we provide under the engagement letter. We are not responsible for delays or decisions of notaries, banks and public authorities, nor for the content of third-party websites linked from this site.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. For business clients, the Court of Perugia has exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
